4. Claims Process: In the event of vehicle damage allegedly caused by one of our contractors, vehicle owners must address their claims directly with the contractor's insurance provider. We will not facilitate or intervene in the resolution of such claims.

5. Indemnification: By engaging our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from vehicle damage related to the services provided by our contractors.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we, our affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with vehicle damage caused by our contractors.
